Printable Diagrams

I added a print stylesheet for the diagram pages, removing formatting and dark backgrounds etc. Less ink = :)

Adjust your browser’s text size before printing. Doing that will automatically scale the images as well, and since they are SVG, you won’t lose any quality.

The “actual size” scaling, (ie. text size 100%) should make a printout that fits onto a single page and looks nice.

Main Page Interactivity

The main page fretboard is now interactive! Hover over a note to see an ionian tetrachord built from that root. Yay C major.

It’s ALIVE!

The site is online!
Over the next few days, you can expect to see some rapid changes.

Chord Demon, a chord/lyrics sheet creator, is still in development but feel free to play around with it while I work out the kinks. It uses a subset of the standard ChordPro syntax.

As of this post, it supports title and subtitle tags with the format:

  {t:Song Title}
  {st:Artist}

You can also wrap up the chorus using a starting {soc} and ending {eoc} tag.

Transpose your song by actual intervals. The function will respect both the step-size and quality of your chosen interval (eg. E is not equivalent to Fb, and the program will correctly spit out Fb if you ask for a minor third above Db)

Finally, hover over any chord on your sheet to show the notes that make up that chord.

That’s it for now, more updates later.
